Each one of us has a story to tell, and My Brain’s Not Broken is a place to share mine. I’ve lived with depression and anxiety for nearly a decade, and I started this blog to share some of what I’ve learned over the years. Each of us has a mental health journey and at the end of the day, we all deserve to be healthy and happy.
