Hi, my name is Nathan, and I live with anxiety and depression.
I started this blog in 2017 because I wanted to share my experience living with anxiety and depression – the good, the bad and the ugly. And in the time since then, I’ve experienced a mix of all of it. But I’ve also learned so much about mental health and wellness, and I want to share that with the world. I hope you can join me as I share my mental health journey and try to help others on theirs! We are all on our own paths, and at the end of the day, we all deserve to be mentally healthy and happy, one day at a time.
